Sambar Powder
Toor dhal, cumin, coriander, pepper, chilly, black gram dhal, turmeric, fenugreek, ginger, cuirryleaves, asafetida, salt and edible oil

Take 200 gms dhal and boil. Take two spoons of edible oil, heat it then add mustard, onions, green chilly, curry leaves and fry till golden brown, Add vegetables, tomato and tamarind juice. Now add Gubaki Sambar Powder, salt to taste and then add this mixture to the boiled dhal and cook for 15min. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
