Rasam Powder
 
 
Ingredients
Toor dhal, coriander, pepper, cumin, horsegram, chilly, turmeric, fenugreek, garlic, curry leaves, asafetida, salt and edible oil.

Receipe
Prepare one litre of tamarind juice. Fry mustard, chilly and curry leaves in edible oil. Add tamarind juice with one spoon of Gubaki Rasam Power and salt to taste. Boil for 10 min. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.
