Mutton Masala
Coriander, chilly, pepper, cumin, aniseed, salt, turmeric, staranise, cinnamon, cloves, curry leaves, cardamom, cloves, curry leaves, cardamom, maize and refined groundnut oil.

For 1kg mutton, take required cooking oil and chopped onions, tomatoes, coconut taste, 50 gms of Gubaki Mutton Masala, salt to taste, make it golden brown and add mutton. When half cooked, add water and allow to cook. When the gravy thickens, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve. This masala can be used for all vegetables and curries as well.
