Common Salt, Cumin,Black Pepper, Mint leaf, Dry Ginger, Chilli, Black Salt, Asafoetida and Citirc acid.

Direction for Use

Add 1and half tsp Gubaki Jaljira Masala to 1 glass of water.Add a squeeze of lime and salt to taste.Garnish with mint leaves, a slice of fresh lime or few salted boondis.Serve chilled. Jaljira a traditional drink, can act both as an appetizer or an effective digestive. A little Jaljira added to your favorites soft drink gives it a special colour.
