Chicken Masala
Coriander, chilly, turmeric, pepper, jeera, salt, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, garlic, dry ginger, onion, fenugreek, mustard, refined groundnut oil.

Fry chopped onion in edible oil, add 1kg chicken pieces, 50gms of Gubaki Chicken Masala, Coconut paste, tomatoes and fry till golden brown. Add water and boil for 20 to 30 min. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. Gubaki Chicken Masala can be used for chicken fry, vegetables and gravies also.
