Direction for Use

Veg Briyani: Take parboiled 250 gms of basmati rice.In 3 tbsp of oil, fry 3 sliced onions. 1 tsp each ginger/garlic paste. Add puree of 2 tomatoes.Gubaki chilly and Gubaki Turmeric powder. Cook till oil separates. Add half cup curd. Add 1 and half tbsp of Gubaki Briyani/Pulav Masala.Roast add 1 and half cooked vegetables like green peas,Cauliflower,Carrot and salt.Grease bowl, spread half the rice and vegetable then spread the remaining rice.Pour 2 tbsp ghee, half cup milk , coverit, heat for 15 min on low flame.
